Fourth training for snow mountain hike! Instead of clocking longer distance, we trained on higher elevation terrain.
Intended to go for repeats, focusing just on stairs but had a change of plan after one round to the summit.
The dairy farm loop that we ventured for the first time was pretty good. It was rated as a challenging hike that will take an hour and a half but didn’t turn out to be that challenging. Some steep parts but with well structured steps. Took us about an hour, with 6kg backpack. Nice training for a start.
